Lei Zhou | Pipa Teacher

Lei has been learning the pipa since childhood, and it has become an indispensable part of her life. Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Zupei, she achieved the Grade 10 certification from the Shanghai Musicians’ Association for Pipa. She has also had the privilege to perform on the Pipa at various major music halls and cultural events in Shanghai.

Lei is passionate about sharing her experiences in learning the Pipa to inspire interest and enthusiasm for the art of Pipa playing. At the same time, she focuses on helping students establish a solid foundation, overcoming technical challenges together with vivid examples and detailed guidance.
